This check-list is designed as a generic check-list for all types of businesses to be completed by sellers and buyers of a business.

It will take some time to gather the information and complete the questions, but substantial time and cost can be saved by completing the list. Please bear in mind that all businesses are different and this is a generic check-list so it may cover issues that are not relevant to your business.

Please ask if there are any matters you are unsure of and advise if there are issues which need to be covered by the contract that are not included in the check-list.
